Corpus Christi, TX — November 17, 2024, five people were injured following a car accident at around 10:07 p.m. along Windward Drive.
Authorities said in preliminary statements that the accident happened south of Windward and Whitecap Boulevard.
According to preliminary statements, five people were in a Chevy Camaro traveling southbound on Windward. Their ages were between 20 and 17, with an 18-year-old reportedly driving. For reasons unconfirmed, the vehicle crashed.
Due to the accident, the driver and a 17-year-old girl were seriously injured. Another person was moderately injured while two others had reportedly minor injuries. At this time, no further information is available.
