Mustang Sally's is a bar and billiards hall that is popular in San Antonio, TX offering good service for good prices. Unfortunately, they've also been the subject of numerous allegations of unruly patrons getting into physical altercations and allowing staff to sell alcohol while they themselves are intoxicated.
Simply because a Mustang Sally's location was investigated, it does not mean that they are a location that displays a pattern of violating TABC code. Conversely, if a location has been investigated and investigators determine that they are not in violation of TABC code, that does not mean that the alleged violation did not take place. Allegation:
On 7/27/2018, police say that there was an aggravated breach of the peace, or, a fight that broke out at the bar that the police were made aware of.
TABC looked into the allegations and issued a written warning on 7/22/2018.
San Antonio - 3428 Roosevelt Avenue
Allegation:
On 07/03/2018, a member of the San Antonio community alleged that a minor was sold alcohol.
TABC officials closed the investigation on 8/14/2018, taking no further action in the matter.
San Antonio - 3428 Roosevelt Avenue
Allegation:
On 11/16/2016, it was alleged by a law enforcement agency that an intoxicated person was sold alcohol.
Investigators closed the investigation on 1/18/2017 with no further action taken.

Allegation:
On 11/12/2015, a law enforcement agency alleged that a patron was caught in a physical altercation in the bar.
Later, on 1/14/2016, the bar was issued a written warning by the TABC.

Allegation:
On 8/4/2015, a private citizen alleged that there were possibly 5 violations of TABC guidelines that occurred, including failure to report a breach of the peace and allowing an intoxicated person to serve patrons alcohol.
TABC investigators closed the case on 10/4/2015 with no further action taken against the bar.
