How Did This Accident Occur?

Authorities likely are focused on finding the hit-and-run driver involved in this crash, but the indication that this incident happened after a group of people left a nightclub means that they also should look into the driver’s activities. If he had been drinking before this crash, an alcohol provider could share responsibility for the injuries he allegedly caused under Texas law.

Bars or restaurants can be held accountable for injuries caused by a patron who is served while obviously intoxicated. I don’t know it that is what happened here, but it warrants investigation so family of the woman who died in this crash knows who may have played a role.
