Bars Investigated by the TABC

Lawyer Who Sues Villa Lounge & Grill

Important Information for Victims About Dram Shop Lawsuits Against Villa Lounge & Grill

Having sued more bars and restaurants for negligent over-service than anyone else in Texas, I'll admit I'm probably more familiar than the average person with the full extent of this problem. But the public's lack of knowledge doesn't make the problem go away; it just makes it harder to deal with effectively. To help remedy this problem, I sometimes take a look through the TABC's records of complaints for various local alcohol providers and report my findings here. Villa Lounge & Grill, a bar and nightclub located in the Dallas suburb of Addison, has had repeated issues with alcohol-related fights and selling alcohol during prohibited hours.

Simply because a Villa Lounge & Grill location has been investigated, it does not mean that they are a location with a pattern of violating TABC code. Conversely, if a location has been investigated and investigators determine that they are not in violation of TABC code, that does not mean that the alleged violation did not take place. At times, sufficient evidence required to prove that either criminal or administrative violations occurred is hard to come by. We are simply reporting the locations that were put on the TABC's radar for one reason or another by concerned citizens and law enforcement agencies.

The TABC Has Investigated Villa Lounge & Grill 6 Times in 2 Years.
