How Did This Accident Occur?
Experience has taught me to make assumptions about how this crash happened. Instead, I’ve learned to wait for an investigation to be completed, when facts can replace guesswork.
Authorities likely will consider factors like driver error or fatigue, but I’m less certain they will look into whether a software failure in one of these vehicles contributed to the crash. Investigators, whether police or an independent third party, must consider all possibilities to determine how this crash unfolded.
