Tarrant County, TX — August 8, 2024, Earl Morris was injured following a motorcycle versus pickup truck accident at approximately 7:00 p.m. along Dick Price Road.
According to authorities, 67-year-old Earl Morris was traveling on an eastbound Harley-Davidson motorcycle in the vicinity east of Eden Road when the accident took place.
The cause of the accident remains unclear. Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a westbound Ford F-150 pickup truck failed to safely maintain its lane of travel. It reportedly veered left of center, entering the eastbound lane of the roadway. There, it made contact with the motorcycle.
Morris suffered reportedly serious injuries as a result of the collision; he was transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
