Authorities indicate that on October 4, a fatal accident occurred when three vehicles crashed in Pomona for unknown reasons. According to reports, the crash happened at approximately 12:30 a.m.
Investigators say a Kia was traveling westbound along the 10 Freeway when it collided with a semi-truck. The impact reportedly caused the Kia to roll over and get struck by an oncoming Toyota Camry. Authorities have not released the cause of the crash at this time.
Officials confirmed that a 30-year-old woman, whose name has not been released, suffered fatal injuries. Two children were reportedly injured and taken to a hospital. Sources say the young boy sustained serious injuries, and the girl had minor injuries.
