San Benito, TX — March 11, 2023, six people were injured following an accident where a vehicle crashed off the expressway.
Officials say that the incident happened along Expressway 83/I-69E near the exit for Oscar Williams Road. The cause of the crash remains unclear at this time.
It appears a vehicle somehow lost control and crashed. This injured six people, including four children. Their injuries were said to be non-life-threatening. No further information is available at this time.

One of the biggest differences between me before I started in this business and now is how I look at single-vehicle wrecks. Now, I understand just how many unusual things can go wrong that drivers can’t always avoid. Before, though, I was like most people assuming the driver must have done something wrong. That’s possible, of course, but it’s best that people learn about alternative explanations and to simply let the facts speak for themselves. I see no reason right now why this incident would be an exception.
