Harris County, TX — July 1, 2023, Sandra Rodriguez sustained fatal injuries due to a single-vehicle accident at around 3:10 a.m. along Abilene Street.
Preliminary information about the accident provided by police officials says that it happened in the 7500 block of Abilene Street, which appears to be just off Wayside Drive.
According to officials, 41-year-old Sandra Rodriguez was in a Lexus IS 300 that was going along Abilene Street. Due to events not entirely clear at this time, the vehicle crashed along the roadway. Details from authorities say Rodriguez exited the vehicle after the crash but then apparently collapsed.
Rodriguez was pronounced deceased shortly after the crash. There was apparently an unidentified man in the vehicle at the time of the crash, but that person was apparently not injured. At this time, no further information about the crash can be confirmed.
