Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

There’s always an inherent concern when it comes to motorcycle wrecks. Frankly, a lot of people are biased against motorcyclists. This can lead to rushed conclusions after an accident as people just assume the rider must have done something wrong. Even authorities can fall into this trap, and it’s sometimes necessary for there to be independent investigations to set the facts straight.

Of course, mistakes happen. I’m not denying that. But at the end of the day, it’s important to let the evidence speak for itself. Regardless of what led to this crash, the investigations need to be unbiased and thorough. Even unlikely possible factors should be considered. That way, there will be a fair conclusion for all involved here, and no one will end up unfairly blamed simply because they were on two wheels instead of four.
