Houston, TX — March 30, 2024, Luis Turcios was injured following a car accident at approximately 3:30 p.m. along Silber Road.
According to authorities, 26-year-old Luis Turcios was traveling in a southbound Honda Civic along Silver Road in the vicinity southwest of Hartland Street when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, a westbound Ford F-150 pickup truck which was exiting a private drive failed to yield the right of way to roadway traffic at the stop sign, entering the road at an unsafe time. This resulted in a collision between the pickup truck and the Honda.
Turcios incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the wreck; however, transport to a local medical facility by EMS was apparently declined. No other injuries have been reported.
