An investigation is underway following an 18-wheeler accident that left one person dead during the evening hours of December 27th. According to official reports, K’Shun Malone was operating a Kenworth truck in the eastbound lanes of I-30 near mile marker 100, when for unknown reasons the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
When first responders arrived on the scene they found that Malone had sustained fatal injuries and he was pronounced deceased at the location of the accident.
