Statements from OSHA investigators say that the incident happened in the 600 block of Spurlock Way, which appears to be a suburban area.
49-year-old Jorge Gomez was doing framing work at the time. Apparently after taking a lunch break, Jorge Gomez reported feeling unwell. Eventually, this was said to have resulted in his death. The cause was determined to be heat exposure, according to OSHA.
