Houston, TX — June 24, 2023, Christopher McDaniel was killed in an alleged hit-and-run around 9:07 p.m. on E. Mount Houston Rd. in Houston.
According to authorities, the victim was crossing E. Mount Houston Rd. near Knotty Pine Trail when he was allegedly struck by an eastbound vehicle. The collision purportedly knocked Mr. McDaniel down in the westbound lane of traffic. The victim was then reportedly struck again by a westbound car. Officials report neither of the divers stayed at the crash scene.
Mr. McDaniel was fatally injured. Police are reportedly asking the public for assistance in locating the two missing vehicles, and investigators have not released what factors led up to the accident.
