Bars Investigated by the TABC

Lawyer Who Sues Pizza Hut – Wingstreet

Thinking About Filing A Dram Shop Lawsuit Against Wingstreet? Here's What You Should Know

My firm has sued more negligent bars and restaurants for over-service of alcohol than anyone else in the state of Texas. I don't think the general public understands how significant a problem this behavior is, so I've made it part of my mission to examine the files of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and share the complaints and violations of licensed alcohol vendors with the public. Whether it's a small local watering hole or a national restaurant chain, we all have a right to know if businesses are following the law. If you would like to talk about a possible Dram Shop case against a Wingstreet location, please call (855) 326-0000.

Wingstreet is a fairly young brand within the Yum! brand conglomerate, opening it's first location in 2003 as a "hyrid combo unit" with existing Pizza Hut franchises. Since then the chain has blossomed to more than 4,000 locations. The Plano, TX based fast food restaurant hasn't been without its share of growing pains, however.

Simply because a Wingstreet location was investigated, it does not mean that they are a location that displays a pattern of violating TABC code. Conversely, if a location has been investigated and investigators determine that they are not in violation of TABC code, that does not mean that the alleged violation did not take place. At times, sufficient evidence required to prove that either criminal or administrative violations occurred is hard to come by. We are simply reporting the locations that were put on the TABC's radar for one reason or another by concerned citizens and law enforcement agencies.
