River City Saloon Locations That Have Been Investigated by the TABC

Interested in Filing A Dram Shop Lawsuit Against River City Saloon? We Have Some Important Information for You

There are many problems in our society where the level of public awareness doesn't match the actual extent of the harm, and over-service of alcohol is certainly among them. As the firm that's sued more bars in dram shop claims than anyone else in Texas, we feel we have a special responsibility to help inform our fellow citizens about this scourge. To further that objective, I sometimes take a look at the TABC's complaint database and report my findings. This bar in San Antonio has been in the news a lot over the last few years, especially concerning recent stabbings and shootings that may be alcohol related. The TABC has also taken notice, investigating River City Saloon several times regarding fights among patrons and employees alike.

Simply because a River City Saloon location has been investigated, it does not mean that they are a location that displays a pattern of violating TABC code. Conversely, if a location has been investigated and investigators determine that they are not in violation of TABC code, that does not mean that the alleged violation did not take place. At times, sufficient evidence required to prove that either criminal or administrative violations occurred is hard to come by. We are simply reporting the locations that were put on the TABC's radar for one reason or another by concerned citizens and law enforcement agencies.
