A head-on collision in Fort Worth on Wednesday night left one person dead and two others injured, according to police. The crash occurred around 8:28 p.m. in the 4600 block of Hodgkins Road. Authorities say a man driving a truck veered into oncoming traffic for reasons that remain unclear. He was pronounced dead at the scene. An adult woman and a child in the other vehicle were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The crash is still under investigation.
