Authorities said the 54-year-old woman’s vehicle had become disabled in the right lane when a semi-truck, driven by a 51-year-old man from Hicksville, allegedly struck it from behind. The impact pushed her vehicle into a guardrail. She was taken to a hospital in Cleveland for treatment. The semi-truck driver was not hurt.
