Bell County, TX — March 7, 2024, Victoria Beluso Aranas was killed as the result of an 18-wheeler accident at around 8:00 a.m. along Interstate 35.
Authorities said they were called out to the northbound lanes of I-35 in the area of Exit 306 for F.M. 1237/Pendleton.
According to current statements, a 72-year-old woman from Vicksburg, Mississippi, identified as Victoria Beluso Aranas, was in a vehicle that apparently broke down along the center lane of travel. While Aranas was there for an unspecified amount of time, an 18-wheeler did not avoid Aranas’s vehicle, crashing into it.
Aranas reportedly died as a result of the collision. There did not appear to be anyone else in Aranas’s vehicle. There were no other reported injuries. At this time, additional details about the accident are unavailable.
