Sugar Land, TX — December 24, 2023, Tahjeira Lewis and two others were injured in a car accident at 1:45 a.m. along State Highway 6.
According to reports, the accident took place at the intersection of State Highway 6 and U.S. Highway 59, Southwest Freeway.
Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the front end of a northbound Kia Optima collided with the passenger side of an eastbound Honda Civic in the intersection. 28-year-old Tahjeira Lewis, the sole occupant of the Kia, incurred suspected severe injuries as a result of the accident. The 31-year-old woman and 38-year-old man who had been occupants of the Honda sustained reportedly moderate injuries, as well. All three were taken to local medical facilities in order to receive necessary treatment.
