North Richland Hills, TX — January 20, 2024, Shamar Contreal Nolen was killed in a single-car-accident just after 1:00 a.m. along Davis Boulevard.
According to reports, 31-year-old Shamar Nolen was traveling in a southbound Dodge Charger along Davis Boulevard in the vicinity northeast of Emerald Hills Way when the accident occurred.
Officials indicate that the Charger may have been traveling at a high rate of speed leading up the the crash. The vehicle reportedly failed to safely maintain its lane of travel, veering to the right and colliding with a curb and a tree before coming to a stop. The Charger reportedly burst into flames, as well. Nolen incurred reportedly fatal injuries as a result of the wreck and was declared deceased at the scene.
