How Did This Accident Occur?

A sideswipe accident on a two-lane road likely happened as one vehicle was passing another, but which one? I don’t expect investigators to have much trouble figuring that out, but they also have to figure out why this collision happened.

The involvement of a motorcycle makes this accident more complicated for investigators since there are different crash dynamics involved. It would be helpful if an investigator who is familiar with motorcycle accidents is assigned to this case.

That should ensure the injured rider and his family get a clear explanation of how this crash unfolded.
