Fayette County, TX — December 17, 2023, Roberto Madrid was injured in a truck accident just after 7:00 in the morning along I.H. 10.
According to reports, 31-year-old Roberto Madrid was traveling in a westbound Toyota Camry along Interstate Highway 10 in the vicinity west of Kessler avenue when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, the Camry collided with the rear-end of what is believed to have been an 18-wheeler with a trailer in tow. The Camry came to a stop on the right shoulder of the highway, while the other vehicle involved continued westward without stopping. Madrid reportedly sustained suspected serious injuries as a result of the accident; he was transported to a local medical facility by emergency medical services in order to receive treatment.
