Amarillo, TX — November 4, 2024, Landon McGinnis was killed following a motorcycle accident around 5:54 P.M.
An investigation is underway into a motorcycle accident that left one man dead on Interstate 40 on Monday. According to official reports, Landon McGinnis, 19, was driving his motorcycle on Bell Street crossing the frontage road of I-40 when a pickup truck struck him. The truck was travelling on the frontage road crossing Bell street when the collision occurred.
First responders arrived on the scene and found McGinnis with severe injuries and declared him dead at the scene of the accident. This remains an active investigation, and at this time there has been no mention if any citations or charges will be filed.
