Accident Report
Wise County, TX — March 1, 2026, Joseph McGinn was injured in a motorcycle accident at about 3:15 a.m. in the 11700 block of Forest Lawn Road.
A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2019 Harley-Davidson motorcycle was heading southwest when it crashed after hitting a curb in the Shale Creek subdivision east of Rhome.
Rider Joseph McGinn, 37, was seriously injured in the crash, according to the report.
The 36-year-old woman riding with him suffered minor injuries, the report states.
