How Did This Accident Occur?

A vehicle careening off-road this early in the morning usually brings up concerns for fatigue or alcohol. It’s possible authorities are already looking into those possibilities. Of course, there could always be unusual circumstances to consider. That’s why I hope authorities are also inspecting the vehicle for potential defects. Brake failure, steering column issues, tire blowouts, electrical issues—these often occur with little to no warning, and it can take extensive investigations with state-of-the-art tools to properly. Are authorities doing that here? It could cause problems later on if not.

Did anyone see what happened here? Did authorities leave out anything important? Let me know in the comments.
