Sealy, TX — January 4, 2024, Ikeehi Onyeagu was killed in a truck accident at approximately 7:15 p.m. along Interstate Highway 10.
According to reports, 22-year-old Ikeehi Onyeagu was traveling in a westbound Dodge Journey on I.H. 10 in the vicinity of the Mound Road bridge when the accident took place.
Traffic in the area at the time was at a stop due to a previous crash. Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, the Dodge failed to slow and stop for traffic conditions. It reportedly collided with the rear-end of a trailer that was in tow behind an 18-wheeler. Onyeagu lost his life as a result of the crash.
