Fort Bend County, TX — December 10, 2023, Eugene Ndikum, Sylvie Asanga, and six others were injured following a car accident at 4:40 a.m. along Highway 6.
Preliminary information about the crash says that it happened at the intersection of Highway 6 and Williams Trace Boulevard.
Authorities said that 35-year-old Eugene Ndikum, 34-year-old Sylvie Asanga, and five others were in a Nissan Armada going northbound along Highway 6. While attempting a left turn, police say a southbound Chrysler Pacifica crashed into the Nissan.
Due to this collision, Ndikum, Asanga, and three others in the Nissan—including children—had serious injuries. The others had apparently moderate injuries. Only the passenger in the Chrysler was reportedly injured.
Authorities mentioned in their preliminary statements that the Chrsyler driver may have been drinking prior to the crash. Additional details can’t be confirmed.
