How Did This Accident Occur?

With so few details available, this accident could involve anything from a structure collapse to faulty equipment to a medical emergency to some one-in-a-million, unavoidable accident. I’m not here to speculate without any clear evidence. I can only hope that OSHA has been more open with the victim’s loved ones behind the scenes to provide answers. It would surprise folks how often I see the opposite, and families end up left in the dark unless independent investigators are working to get them the answers they deserve.

The reality is OSHA tends to focus on their own priorities, and that often leaves families to navigate the most complex work accident laws in the whole country on their own. Some are satisfied to let the process play out, and some seek out experienced allies who can expedite the process and guide them through that legal maze. Either way, the priority should be ensuring a worker’s loved ones are working toward the best resolution possible regardless of what led to the accident. Is that happening here?
