How Did This Accident Occur?
County fairs can be quite chaotic, and there will obviously be children about who need to be kept safe. I don’t want to speculate about the specifics of this incident without further information. Maybe this was just an unavoidable accident, or maybe someone’s lapse in attention or judgment led to a kid getting seriously hurt. It at least should call into question procedures and safety at the fairgrounds to make sure there isn’t any continued danger to guests or staff.
If anyone’s heard more about this accident, let me know in the comments.
