How Did This Accident Occur?

With single-vehicle car accidents, the easiest assumption is that the driver must have made a mistake. However, I’ve handled many single-vehicle car accident cases, and drivers aren’t always in control of these situations. That’s why it can be a serious issue if people are rushing to blame the driver. Evidence might come to light which counters those assumptions.

Still, authorities aren’t always keen to dig into the facts. A lot of the calls I get about single-vehicle wrecks are from folks who feel they’re not being treated fairly—understandably so. If they bring in an outside opinion, they can help ensure that all factors are thoroughly considered and that the focus is on getting answers rather than looking for blame.

If authorities here have been able to handle the investigations appropriately, that would be good to hear. It’s just not the sort of thing I’d ever take for granted.
