Seneca County, OH — February 14, 2024, Brooklyn Bailes, rhonda Bailes, and Savanna Crisp were injured following a truck accident on Route 18.
Statements in the news show that the crash happened late Wednesday in the Scipio Township area, just west of Republic.
It appears that 21-year-old Brooklyn Bailes, 45-year-old Rhonda Bailes, and 21-year-old Savanna Crisp were in a Chevy passenger car going eastbound along State Route 18. At the intersection with County Road 43, it appears that a southbound Freightliner semi-truck failed to yield, resulting in a collision with the Chevy car.
As a result of the accident, reports say Brooklyn Bailes had to be flown from the scene due to her injuries. It appears Rhonda Bailes was also seriously injured in the crash and flown from the scene. Savanna Crisp’s injuries were described as minor. No other injuries were confirmed. At this time, additional details about the crash are unavailable.
