Mills County, TX — June 6, 2024, Angel Veitch and one other person were injured in a car accident at approximately 3:30 p.m. along State Loop 15.
According to authorities, a 48-year-old man was traveling in a northeast bound Chrysler 300 on State Loop 15 in the vicinity northeast of 2nd Street when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, for reasons yet to be confirmed, the Chrysler failed to safely maintain its lane of travel. It reportedly veered left of center, entering the opposing lane of traffic. There, it was involved in a head-on collision with an oncoming Ford Bronco occupied by 42-year-old Angela Veitch.
Veitch and the man from the Chrysler suffered reportedly severe injuries as a result of thew wreck; they were each transported to local medical facilities by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported. Additional details pertaining to this incident are not available at this point in time. The investigation is currently ongoing.
