Bars Investigated by the TABC

Texas Roadhouse Locations That Have Been Investigated by TABC

The TABC Investigated Texas Roadhouse for Selling Alcohol to a Minor in 2017

Texas Roadhouse is a western-themed steakhouse that is headquarted in Louisville, Kentucky. There approximately 450 Texas Roadhouse locations located throughout the United States. There are restaurants and bars that have performed much worse than Texas Roadhouse, especially in Texas. However, with a revenue of almost $2 billion, there are plans for expansion.

Simply because a Texas Roadhouse location was investigated, it does not mean that they are a location that displays a pattern of violating TABC code. Conversely, if a location has been investigated and investigators determine that they are not in violation of TABC code, that does not mean that the alleged violation did not take place. At times, sufficient evidence required to prove that either criminal or administrative violations occurred is hard to come by. We are simply reporting the locations that were put on the TABC's radar for one reason or another by concerned citizens and law enforcement agencies.
