The Dallas Police Department is searching for the driver of an 18-wheeler involved in a hit-and-run crash on August 19. The collision happened around 6 a.m. in the 5300 block of South Cockrell Hill Road. Police say the truck, described as a blue cab with a Dallas Cowboys star on the side, allegedly struck another vehicle while traveling north and left the scene. The driver of the other vehicle was hospitalized with serious injuries.
