Three people were hospitalized after a head-on crash involving a semi-truck and another vehicle in Lago Vista on Thursday. The collision occurred at FM 1431 and Dodge Trail. According to authorities, two of the adults involved sustained life-threatening injuries, while another suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
