Harris County, TX — February 19, 2024, Zachary Perez was injured in a motorcycle versus car accident at about 4:50 p.m. along Dell Dale Street.
According to authorities, a Nissan Rogue SUV was traveling westbound on Rancho Plata Drive at the Dell Dale Street intersection when the accident occurred.
Officials indicate that, for unknown reasons, the SUV failed to yield the right of way to Dell Dale Street traffic after stopping at the stop sign, entering the intersection at an apparently unsafe time. This resulted in a collision between the SUV and a northbound motorcycle occupied by 21-year-old Zachary Perez.
Perez incurred suspected severe injuries and was transported to a local medical facility by EMS in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
