Mesquite, TX — January 15, 2024, Yashean Jackson and two others were injured following a multi-vehicle car accident at 3:21 p.m. on Samuell Boulevard.

Authorities released preliminary details about the crash, which reportedly happened at the intersection of Samuell Boulevard and Big Town Boulevard.

According to officials, 41-year-old Yashean Jackson and two others were in a Ford Taurus going westbound on Samuell. As the Ford was crossing Big Town, a collision occurred involving the Ford, a Chevy Impala, and an 18-wheeler.

Due to the collision, Jackson and both passengers in the Ford had serious injuries. There were no other reported injuries. Right now, additional details about the crash are unavailable.
