Spring, TX — March 19, 2024, a deputy was injured in a wrong-way car accident at approximately 11:30 p.m. along Louetta Road.
According to authorities, two deputies were westbound in pursuit of a speeding vehicle traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of the roadway when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that the patrol car was involved in a collision with an eastbound, uninvolved vehicle. One of the deputies reportedly incurred injuries of unknown severity and was transported to a local hospital in order to receive necessary treatment, though his condition was said to have been stable. No other injuries have been reported.
