How Did This Accident Occur?
Every summer in Texas, there are incidents involving workers who end up sick or worse because of their time in the extreme heat. In my experience, the job sites that give ample water breaks and time in the shade don’t typically have workers dying due to the weather conditions. That makes me wonder if there were different standards on the job site where this incident occurred.
