Accident Report
July 7, 2026, one person was killed following a work accident that happened along Highway 171 outside of Hubbard.
Preliminary information about the accident says that it happened during work on power and communication lines. The cause of the incident remains unconfirmed, as does the cause of death for the worker.
The online OSHA report does not currently list any alleged violations or recommended penalties. Investigations appear to be ongoing.
How Did This Accident Occur?
