Accident Report

July 6, 2026, one person reportedly was killed following a work accident which occurred off of Sansom Boulevard.

Authorities said in preliminary statements that the incident took place at CTI Foods, located off the southeast corner of Saginaw Boulevard and McLeroy Boulevard.

The circumstances surrounding the incident are unavailable at this time. A preliminary OSHA report labels the work as “Janitorial Services.” Somehow, one worker ended up deceased.

Right now, further information about possible violations or penalties is unavailable.

How Did This Accident Occur?

Without further information, I certainly don’t want to speculate about this specific incident. OSHA can look into anything from a falling incident to a structure collapse to a medical emergency.
