Accident Report

Around July 2, 2026, one person was killed following a workplace accident that happened along East Parmer Lane.

Preliminary information about the accident from OSHA says the incident happened off the intersection of East Parmer Lane and Harris Branch Parkway, near Manor. OSHA identified the employer subject to their investigation as “Anchor Construction & Management” and classified the work as “New Multifamily Housing Construction (except Operative Builders).”

Currently, the cause of death has not been confirmed. A worker ultimately died on the job site. OSHA did not report any alleged violations nor have they recommended any penalties. Further information is unavailable right now.

How Did This Accident Occur?

Construction sites have all kinds of hazards that can lead to fatalities.
