Accident Report
August 31, 2026, one person was fatally injured following a work accident that happened around 2:00 p.m. along Hallmark Drive.
According to a preliminary inspection detail from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the incident happened off the corner of East Point Drive and Hallmark Drive.
News reports say that a 48-year-old man was operating a forklift at the time. That man may have experienced a medical emergency. Ultimately, the worker died, reports say.
OSHA named the employer involved in the accident as “Vectorial Network Logistics, Llc,.”Reports do not show any alleged violations at this time nor any recommended penalties. Investigations are ongoing.
How Did This Accident Occur?
A medical emergency seems to be the suspected cause of this incident right now. If that’s what happened, that’s often an unavoidable incident.
