June 17, 2026, Wilton Syas Sr. was killed following a semi-truck accident at around 11:03 p.m. along Interstate 45.
Authorities said that the accident took place along northbound lanes of the interstate near Skyline Drive, south of Hutchins.
It appears that 63-year-old Wilton Syas Sr. was in an 18-wheeler going along I-45. Somehow, that tractor-trailer and two other commercial tractor-trailers crossed paths and collided. As a result, Wilton Syas sustained fatal injuries.
