Fort Worth, TX — September 21, 2023, William Daniel Petit was killed following a single-vehicle car accident at around 5:00 a.m. on I-35W.
According to information released by authorities following preliminary investigations, the crash took place along the southbound interstate service road near Western Center Boulevard.
Details suggest that 61-year-old William Petit was in a Chevy S10 going southbound on the service road. That vehicle went off the left side of the road where it collided into a concrete pillar at an overpass. Due to this collision, Petit sustained fatal injuries.
There did not appear to be anyone else involved in the crash. Authorities did not confirm a cause for the crash, and no further information surrounding the accident is available at this time.
