Commentary by Attorney Michael Grossman

It’s always important that serious crashes get a thorough, unbiased accident reconstruction. I just hope that authorities here didn’t let the age of one of the drivers get in the way of that. I’ve handled many cases over the years where authorities were biased against a young, less experienced driver, and that led to them jumping to conclusions or ignoring extenuating possible factors. At the end of the day, the evidence should be allowed to speak for itself, and the age of the person behind the wheel shouldn’t change that.
