Puxico, MO — July 25, 2025, One person was killed and two were injured following a UTV accident that occurred at around 1:45 A.M. on CR 291.
According to reports, a UTV occupied by three teenagers was travelling on County Road 291 when it lost control at a turn and crashed.
When first responders arrived they found a 15-year-old girl fatally injured and pronounced her deceased, while the other two occupants were transported to the hospital with minor and moderate injuries. This is an ongoing investigation.
