Houston, TX — February 20, 2024, Ulda Aguilera Perdermo and a baby boy were injured in a car accident at about 8:40 a.m. along Clay Road.
According to authorities, a Toyota Rav4 was traveling northbound on Bridgewater Meadow Drive at the Clay Road intersection when the accident took place.
Officials indicate that, after stopping at the stop sign, the Rav4 entered the intersection at an unsafe time, failing to yield the right of way to Clay Road traffic. This resulted in a collision between the front-end of the Toyota and the right side of an eastbound Honda Pilot occupied by 29-year-old Ulda Aguilera Perdermo and a 1-year-old boy.
Perdermo incurred possibly severe injuries as a result of the accident, while the baby boy sustained suspected minor injuries. They were each transported to local medical facilities by emergency medical services in order to receive necessary treatment. No other injuries have been reported.
