San Antonio, TX — July 3, 2026, two people were injured in a motorcycle accident at about 11:15 p.m. on U.S. Highway 281.

A preliminary accident report indicates that a 2001 Triumph Tiger motorcycle crashed while heading south. The report indicates the motorcycle was following too closely, but it doesn’t include information about any other vehicles.

The 21-year-old man riding the motorcycle and the 22-year-old woman with him were seriously injured in the crash, according to the report. Their names have not been made public yet.
